Paul bsl trainer

Paul is a native BSL user and as the Training Lead at DeafAdvance Training Centre, brings over 20 years of experience as a highly skilled BSL Teacher. He delivers courses ranging from Level 1 to Level 6 and is a qualified TAQA A1 assessor, holding a BSL Level 6 certificate. Paul is passionate about raising the profile of BSL, inspiring learners to embrace the language with confidence and enthusiasm.

In his leadership role, Paul supports the training team in delivering high-quality, professional courses, ensuring DeafAdvance Training Centre maintains its reputation for excellence.

Henry BSL Teacher

Henry is a native BSL user, having grown up in a Deaf family where BSL is the primary language. With over 10 years experience as a BSL Teacher, he is known for delivering engaging and interactive classes, making learning both effective and enjoyable. Henry has been working in the Deaf field for more than 20 years and holds PTTLS Level 4 and BSL Level 6 qualifications.  Henry also delivers ILM Leadership and Management Introduction courses and holds an ILM Level 5 in Leadership qualification.

Molly

Molly is a dedicated and qualified Deaf Mental Health First Aid Instructor with a strong passion for breaking down barriers in the mental health sector. As a Training Coordinator, she thrives on networking, developing partnerships, and managing the administrative aspects of training delivery. Molly is the only Deaf Associate Tutor for Suicide Prevention in the UK.  With an Adult Education Training Level 3 and a qualified BSL Teacher, Molly delivers BSL Level 1 and Children and Family courses.  Molly is passionate about BSL language development from early years.

Estelle

Estelle has been a trainer with RAD for over three years and brings more than 15 years of experience in education. Specialising in delivery of Deaf Awareness courses and BSL tasters, Estelle also delivers BSL Level 1.  Estelle holds an Adult Education Training Level 3 qualification, further enhancing her training expertise.  Estelle is a native BSL user and holds qualifications in Deaf Awareness and British Sign Language, offering learners authentic and insightful instruction.

Manuela

Manuela is an ILM Level 5 qualified trainer, specialising in leadership development and practical workplace skills. Her courses focus on effective communication, decision-making, and team management, empowering individuals to confidently navigate workplace challenges and drive success. As a Deaf BSL user, Manuela is committed to creating inclusive and accessible learning experiences. Manuela also holds an Adult Education Training Level 3 qualification, further enhancing her training expertise.
