Leadership and Management Level 3 Certificate
This is an advanced course for people who have some leadership experience, have led a team or project previously.
This qualification is designed to enhance your people-leading skills, making it ideal for those with some management experience but no formal leadership training.
Leadership and Management Level 3 Award
The ‘Award’ is a shorter version of the full Level 3 course. People joining this course can decide to stay on or join the full Certificate course.
